![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() I also deleted Windows Defender History as bluesixer suggested in case it might still recognize the torrent installer as a "threat" But i'm sure i can narrow it down to just "Potentially unwanted app blocking" Now i did all this out of lazyness to test each one of them. Went into "Reputation-based protection settings" and unchecked "check apps and files", "SmartScreen for microsoft edge" and "Potentially unwanted app blocking". Problem solved, was easier than i expected. I tried deactivating shit in Windows Defender (the only antivirus i have) but nothing, tried some regedit or other fuckery of that kind a while ago to get things to work but i just don't feel comfortable messing around with it. I'm not using torrents much, only for certain shows i can't watch in my region. I'm assuming it's a windows update because i didn't have any problems around 6 month ago. The only app i can install is uTorrent Web, but it doesn't download anything. Whatever torrent app i download is failling because there's a "virus detected". ![]()
